Schoolites is a comprehensive school management software that helps schools digitize their operations. It includes modules for student management, fee collection, attendance tracking, exam management, and parent communication. Available on web, iOS, and Android.

Which types of schools can use Schoolites?

Schoolites is designed for all educational institutions - K-12 schools (CBSE, ICSE, State Board), play schools, coaching institutes, colleges, and universities. Our flexible system adapts to your specific needs.

Is Schoolites available in multiple languages?

Yes! Schoolites supports English and Hindi. The parent mobile app automatically adjusts based on the phone language settings. We are adding more regional languages soon.

How many schools are using Schoolites?

Pricing & Payment

How much does Schoolites cost?

Schoolites requires a one-time registration fee of ₹2,500, which includes 3 months FREE trial. After the trial, monthly subscription depends on your school size and features used. Contact us for a detailed quote.

Is there really a free trial?

Yes! After paying the ₹2,500 registration fee, you get 3 months of full access to all features absolutely FREE. No hidden charges during the trial period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. You can pay online or via cheque/DD.

Is the registration fee refundable?

The registration fee is non-refundable as it covers initial setup, training, and data migration. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime after the trial without any penalties.

Are there any hidden charges?

No hidden charges! The only additional costs are optional add-ons like SMS credits, WhatsApp API usage, and GPS tracking - all of which are transparently priced and pay-as-you-use.

Can parents pay fees online?

Yes! Parents can pay fees through the mobile app or web portal using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets. Payments are instantly recorded and receipts are automatically generated.

Does Schoolites support biometric attendance?

Yes, we integrate with popular biometric devices from ZKTeco, eSSL, and Realtime. Attendance is synced automatically, and parents receive instant notifications when their child checks in/out.

Can I send WhatsApp notifications to parents?

Yes! Schoolites integrates with WhatsApp Business API. You can send automated notifications for fees, attendance, exam schedules, and custom announcements. WhatsApp API usage is charged separately.

What is Genie AI Assistant?

Genie is our AI-powered chatbot available in the parent app. It answers common queries about fees, attendance, holidays, and more - automatically. This saves your staff hours of time every day.

Technical & Setup

Is Schoolites cloud-based or on-premise?

Schoolites is 100% cloud-based. This means no server maintenance, automatic updates, and access from anywhere. Your data is securely stored on AWS servers with regular backups.

How long does setup take?

Basic setup takes 24-48 hours. Full data migration (students, fees, etc.) typically takes 3-5 days depending on data volume. Our team handles the complete setup for you.

Can I import existing student data?

Yes! We support data import from Excel files. Our team will help you migrate your existing student records, fee structures, and other data during setup.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-grade SSL encryption, data is stored on secure AWS servers in India, we perform daily backups, and follow strict privacy practices. Only your school admins can access your data.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Biometric devices work offline and sync when connection is restored. The mobile app caches recent data for offline viewing. Critical operations resume automatically once connectivity is back.

Mobile Apps

Are mobile apps available for parents?

Yes! We have dedicated apps for parents on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Play Store). Parents can view attendance, pay fees, check results, see homework, and communicate with teachers.

Is there an app for teachers?

Yes! Teachers can mark attendance, upload homework, enter marks, and send notifications - all from their mobile. The teacher app is available for iOS and Android.

Do admins need to use the web portal?

The full admin panel is available on the web for comprehensive management. However, key features like fee collection, attendance reports, and notifications are also accessible via mobile for admins on-the-go.

Can parents download fee receipts from the app?

Yes! Parents can view and download PDF receipts for all fee payments directly from the mobile app. They can also share receipts via WhatsApp or email.

What kind of support do you provide?

We provide email support, phone support during business hours, WhatsApp support for quick queries, and remote screen-sharing sessions for complex issues. Enterprise plans get dedicated account managers.

Do you provide training?

Yes! We provide comprehensive online training sessions for your admin staff and teachers. Video tutorials and documentation are also available for self-learning.

What are your support hours?

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM IST. For emergencies, we have an after-hours escalation process.

How quickly do you respond to issues?

We aim to respond to all queries within 2-4 hours during business hours. Critical issues affecting operations are prioritized and resolved within hours.
