Solutions for CAPTCHA Issues
CAPTCHA Image Not Loading
- Click the refresh/reload button next to CAPTCHA
- Press Ctrl+F5 to hard refresh the page
- Clear browser cache and try again
- Check if images are blocked by browser settings
- Disable ad blocker extensions temporarily
CAPTCHA Blurry or Unreadable
- Click refresh to get a clearer CAPTCHA
- Zoom in your browser (Ctrl + Plus)
- Try audio CAPTCHA if available
- Use a different browser
CAPTCHA Always Shows Invalid
- CAPTCHA is case-sensitive - match uppercase/lowercase exactly
- Don't include spaces before or after
- Distinguish between similar characters: 0/O, 1/l/I, 5/S
- Request new CAPTCHA if unsure
