Does Schoolites replace Tally for our school?
Many schools use it as their primary accounting system. If you want to keep Tally for your CA, every transaction can be exported in Tally Prime XML format daily/weekly so your books stay in sync without re-entry.
Is it true double-entry accounting?
Yes — full accrual-based double-entry. Custom chart of accounts, day book, ledger, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
How does fee receipt flow to accounts?
Every fee receipt (online or counter) auto-posts to the relevant fee-head ledger and bank/cash ledger. Payroll runs similarly auto-post salary, PF, ESI, TDS entries.
Can we attach our vendor invoices and bills?
