Key Field Guidelines
UDISE Code
11-digit unique school identifier. Format: SS-DDD-BB-SSSS (State-District-Block-School)
School Category
Primary (1-5), Upper Primary (6-8), Secondary (9-10), Higher Secondary (11-12), or combinations.
Management Type
Government, Aided, Private Unaided, Central Government, etc. Select based on funding source.
Enrollment Count
Count as on reference date (usually September 30). Include regular students only, not repeaters counted twice.
