Validation Checklist
Student Data Validation
- Aadhaar numbers are 12 digits and valid
- Date of birth is in correct format (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Age is appropriate for the class
- No duplicate entries for same student
- Category (SC/ST/OBC) matches documentation
Teacher Data Validation
- All teachers have professional qualification
- Date of joining is before current date
- No teacher counted in multiple schools
- Subject assigned matches qualification
Infrastructure Validation
- Total classrooms >= Classrooms in good condition
- Toilets count is realistic for student strength
- Computer count doesn't exceed total students
Common Validation Errors
