Photo Specifications

| Size | 10KB - 100KB |
| Dimensions | 200x230 pixels (recommended) |
| Background | White or light colored |
| Face | Clear, front-facing, eyes visible |
Upload Process
- Go to Student Data section
- Select student record
- Click on "Upload Photo" option
- Choose photo file meeting specifications
- Click Upload and verify preview
Common Issues
- File too large: Compress image to under 100KB
- Wrong format: Convert PNG to JPG
- Upload failed: Check internet, try smaller file
- Poor quality: Use higher resolution camera
