Schoolites Parent App

Check Your Child's Exam Results Online

No more waiting for the parent-teacher meeting to see results. The moment the teacher publishes marks, the Schoolites parent app shows you subject-wise scores, the class average, your child's rank, and how they have improved or slipped term-on-term.

Indian schools traditionally announce results on a fixed result-day, often a week after the exam. By then teachers may have moved on, parents have already heard rumours, and a single result-day visit is too late to plan remedial work. The Schoolites results module publishes marks the moment a teacher finalises them — and gives you the context (class average, rank, improvement) you need to actually act.

What you get

Built for Indian parents, on Indian phones

Concrete features — no buzzwords.

Subject-wise marks & grade

Each subject's marks out of total, plus the grade as per your board's pattern (A1, A2, B1… for CBSE).

Class rank & section rank

Shown only if your school has chosen to display rank. Section rank, class rank and percentile. Optional — many schools now hide rank to reduce stress.

Term-on-term progress

Graph showing this term vs last term, per subject. Quick visual of what is improving and what needs attention.

Class average comparison

See how your child performed compared to the class average — a fairer measure than rank alone.

Marks sheet PDF

Signed marks sheet PDF, downloadable for school records, change-of-school applications, scholarship forms.

Teacher remarks

Subject teachers' comments alongside marks — strength areas, focus areas, suggestions for the next term.

How it works

Three steps. No setup at your end.

1

Teacher enters marks

Subject teachers enter marks in the Schoolites teacher app, usually within a week of the exam.

2

Principal approves & publishes

Principal reviews and publishes results to parents — typically a single click after class teacher locking.

3

You get a notification

Push and WhatsApp alert: "Class 5 Term 1 results are out." Open the Results tab to see everything.

Why this matters for Indian parents

Receiving results in real time changes how a parent helps. Instead of reacting to one printed marksheet at term end, you see weekly unit-test trends, intervene with the right tutor or revision, and avoid the parent-teacher-meeting shock.

FAQ

Questions Indian parents ask

When will I get the results?
Within minutes of the principal publishing them. Most schools publish 3–7 days after the last exam. You will get a push notification and WhatsApp message.
Can I see my child's class rank?
Only if the school has chosen to show it. Many schools now hide individual rank to reduce student stress — but they typically still show class average so you have context.
My child got fewer marks than expected. Can I check the answer sheet?
Use the "Request answer sheet review" button on the marks page. The class teacher schedules a time for you to see the paper, in line with school policy.
Are results available for past terms too?
Yes. The Results tab has a year and term picker — you can see every result going back to when your child joined the school.
How is term progress calculated?
Same subject across terms is compared. If your child scored 78 in Maths in Term 1 and 84 in Term 2, the graph shows the +6 improvement.
Will I get a final, signed marksheet?
Yes — annual marksheet (PDF, principal-signed) is downloadable from the Results tab at the end of the academic year.
