How to Prepare Your CSV File

  1. Open your marks register in Excel or Google Sheets
  2. Arrange data with student name in the first column and roll number in the second column
  3. Add each subject as a separate column with numeric marks
  4. First row must be the header (column names)
  5. Save or export as CSV file (.csv format)
The tool automatically detects subject columns by looking for numeric values. Columns with text data (like name, roll no) are ignored during analysis.
