Requesting Corrections After Lock
In exceptional cases, corrections may be possible after lock:
Write Application
Submit written request to Block/District office explaining the error and correct value.
Provide Evidence
Attach supporting documents proving the correct information.
Get Approval
District or State admin must approve the unlock request.
