Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, you can export all student data at once. Navigate to Student section, and use the Export All option. For very large datasets, the system may take some time to generate the file.
The export option may be restricted based on user role. School-level users can typically export their school's data. If export is not visible, check with your Block office for permission or correct user role assignment.
You can view and export data from previous academic years if available in your account. Select the appropriate academic year filter before exporting. Historical data access may vary by state.
UDISE+ exports include all fields in the standard format. For custom field selection, export the full data and then filter/delete unwanted columns in Excel after download.
