Common Causes & Solutions
Validation Errors
Form has errors that prevent saving. Check for red highlighted fields.
Solution: Fix all validation errors before clicking Save.
Internet Disconnection
Connection lost during save operation.
Solution: Check internet connection and try saving again.
Session Expired
Login session timed out before save.
Solution: Login again and save immediately after filling.
Server Overload
Too many users accessing portal simultaneously.
Solution: Try during off-peak hours (early morning/evening).
Browser Issues
Incompatible or outdated browser.
