Step-by-Step Password Reset Process
Visit UDISE+ Portal
Go to udiseplus.gov.in and look for the "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" link on the login page.
Enter Your Details
Enter your 11-digit UDISE school code OR your registered mobile number. The system will identify your account.
Request OTP
Click "Send OTP" to receive a 6-digit verification code on your registered mobile number.
Verify OTP
Enter the OTP received within the validity period (usually 5-10 minutes). If not received, use "Resend OTP" option.
Create New Password
Set a new strong password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters length
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
- Should not be same as previous 3 passwords

Reset links and OTPs typically expire in 10-15 minutes. If expired:
- Start the password reset process again
- Complete all steps within the time limit
- Have your new password ready before starting
