Common OTP Issues & Solutions

OTP Not Received at All

  • Wait 2-3 minutes: SMS may be delayed during peak hours
  • Check network: Ensure mobile has network connectivity
  • Disable DND: Call your operator to deactivate Do Not Disturb
  • Clear SMS inbox: If inbox is full, new SMS may not arrive
  • Check spam folder: Some phones filter OTP SMS

OTP Expired Before Entry

  • OTP is valid for 5-10 minutes only
  • Click "Resend OTP" for a fresh code
  • Enter OTP immediately upon receipt
  • Use faster internet connection to reduce page load time

Wrong Mobile Number Registered

  • Contact Block Education Office (BEO)
  • Submit written request with school letterhead
  • Provide Principal's ID proof
  • Mobile update takes 2-3 working days

Multiple OTP Requests Blocked

  • Too many OTP requests may temporarily block your number
  • Wait 30 minutes before trying again
