A concession is a one-off discount typed on a fee row. A scholarship comes from a scheme, needs approval, has a letter and shows up in the scholarship register. Both reduce the fee due, and the system keeps them separate so you can report on each.
They are not changed. The award applies to unpaid installments. If the award would have covered paid installments, Schoolites shows the amount so you can decide whether to refund it.
Yes. Suspend or revoke the award and its reduction is removed from the unpaid installments. Resume or reapply it later and the reduction is calculated again.
