Why Data Gets Rejected
- Enrollment numbers don't match previous year + new admissions - TC
- Teacher count mismatch with salary records
- Infrastructure data inconsistent with physical verification
- Photos not matching school records
- Aadhaar linking percentage too low
- Duplicate entries found
How to Fix Corrections
1Check Rejection Remarks
Login → Dashboard → Verification Status → View Remarks
2Identify Fields to Correct
Note down specific fields mentioned in rejection remarks
3Navigate to Module
Go to the specific module (Student/Teacher/Infrastructure)
4Make Corrections
Update the incorrect data with accurate information
5Resubmit for Verification
Click "Submit for Verification" after making corrections
Tips for Quick Approval
- Keep supporting documents ready before correction
- Contact BEO for clarification if remarks are unclear
- Correct all issues at once, don't do partial corrections
- Add remarks explaining the correction for transparency
