- Electricity: Available or not
- Playground: Yes/No
- Boundary Wall: Complete/Partial/None
Teacher Data (Required)
- Teacher Name: Full name as per records
- Qualification: Academic and professional
- Appointment Type: Regular/Contract/Part-time
- Date of Joining: In current school
- Classes Taught: Which classes they teach
