Currently, there is no central toll-free number for UDISE+. Support is primarily through email and state/district offices. Some states may have their own helpline numbers - check with your State Education Department.
Yes! Block and District level offices provide support in regional languages. State education department websites often have Hindi/regional language versions. Central email support is available in Hindi and English.
Escalate to DEO office directly. You can also contact the BRCC (Block Resource Centre Coordinator) or approach the District Collector's office for grievance redressal if no response within 7 days.
Email requests don't have tracking numbers currently. Keep a copy of your email with timestamp. For follow-ups, reply to the same email thread. For BRC/DEO, maintain a written record of visits and conversations.
